1. Acceptance of Terms

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and your use of phnn77 are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

10.2 Complaint Procedure
